Job Description:

As a Data Privacy Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing data privacy measures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to protect sensitive information and uphold data privacy principles. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• • • Assessment and Analysis: Conducting thorough assessments of existing data privacy practices and systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Analyzing regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
    • Implementation Planning: Creating implementation plans for data privacy initiatives, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Working closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives within established timelines and budgets.
    • Training and Awareness: Developing training materials and conducting training sessions to educate employees on data privacy principles, policies, and procedures. Promoting awareness of data privacy risks and best practices throughout the organization to foster a culture of compliance.
    • Technical Solutions Implementation: Collaborating with IT and cybersecurity teams to implement technical solutions and controls to protect data privacy. This may include encryption technologies, access controls, data masking techniques, and data loss prevention tools.
    • Monitoring and Compliance: Establishing monitoring mechanisms to track compliance with data privacy policies and regulations. Conducting regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of controls and identify areas for improvement. Recommending corrective actions and remediation strategies as needed.
    • Incident Response: Developing and implementing incident response plans for data privacy incidents, including data breaches and unauthorized disclosures. Coordinating response efforts with internal teams and external stakeholders to minimize impact and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in data privacy (e.g., CIPP, CIPT) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, or related field, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Experience in developing and implementing data privacy policies, procedures, and controls within complex organizations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with data privacy technologies and tools, such as encryption, access management, and data classification solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex data privacy challenges.
  • Proven track record of driving results and achieving compliance objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• • Data migration - EBS to Fusion Integration using HCM data loaders and 3rd party
  • Building integrations both inbound and outbound - HDL, SOAP and Rest Web Services, SSL, FBDI, event based and ADF DI  
  • Application development on PaaS       
  • Strong in PL/SQL, Data model, BI Publisher reports, OTBI, OTBIEE reports
  • BPM standard and custom rules development
  • Technical Design, Unit Test Scripts, Code migration document, Integration test scripts, quality reviews
  • Should have exposure to Application composer and page composer.
  • Exposure to discoverer and Apex would be added advantage

  • Should have Oracle EBS to Fusion migration experience within HCM/ HR space
  • Built integrations using Oracle integration cloud service (Optional)

Job Role:

As a Denodo Admin/Consultant (in an Azure Data Engineering environment), you will be responsible for installing, designing and implementing data virtualization solutions using the Denodo Platform within Azure Data Engineering environments for our large multi-country retail client. You will play a pivotal role in enabling real-time access to disparate data sources, facilitating data integration, and empowering stakeholders with unified data views for analytics and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design data virtualization solutions that meet the needs of a large multi-country retail organization.

• Install and configure the Denodo Platform within Azure environments, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Design and implement data integration pipelines, data federation, and data abstraction layers using Denodo to provide a unified view of data across diverse sources.

• Develop and optimize virtual data models, views, and transformations to support complex analytical queries and reporting needs.

• Work closely with data engineers, architects, and analysts to onboard and integrate new data sources into the Denodo Platform.

• Implement security controls and data governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Perform performance tuning and optimization of Denodo virtualization solutions to meet SLA requirements and performance expectations.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Denodo best practices and data virtualization concepts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data virtualization, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data virtualization, cloud computing, and retail industry best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on data management, integration, and analytics.

• Expertise in deploying and configuring the Denodo Platform within Azure environments, including Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Bricks, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Synapse Datawarehouse.

• In-depth understanding of data virtualization concepts, architectures, and best practices, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing Denodo solutions.

• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.

• Experience with data governance, data quality management, and metadata management tools and practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Azure certifications such as DP-203: Data Engineering on Microsoft Azure and Denodo certifications are preferred.

• Proven track record of delivering successful data virtualization projects in a retail or similar multi-country organizational context.
